The Torchlight III development team has revealed that Torchlight III will leave Steam Early Access and release on October 13. It’ll set you back $39.99 USD unless you’ve already been a part of the Early Access period, in which case, the full version will be available at no extra cost. Echtra Games has worked to integrate player feedback into the full version, which was gathered during the Early Access period. Current Steam reviews are mixed, and it will be interesting to see how the perception changes for the full release. Just last month, the relics system was completely overhauled, and relics are now their own subclasses. This was done to add diversity and character identity, and we hope more overhauls are implemented for the full release. Torchlight III will feature all of Torchlight’s signature mechanics, including the satisfying hack-and-slash combat in a vibrant world.
