Despite the highly competitive nature of the battle royale genre, Apex Legends had no problem making a name for itself. The game exploded onto the scene and offered a fast paced FPS experience that’s kept plenty of players engaged since. Developer Respawn Entertainment continues to build on the success of the title with regular updates. We’ve seen new Legends, cosmetics, map changes, and features like crossplay come about in addition to competitive support and constant gameplay tuning. All in all, it’s fair to call it a success.
