Total War Saga: Troy heading to Mac October 8 – Free if you claimed an Epic Store copy

The publisher decided to release Troy for free, to keep indefinitely, if redeemed within an initial 24-hour launch period. This led to an impressive 7.5 million copies being grabbed on day one. That’s quite a lot of free content given away at launch. Now, Total War Saga: Troy is releasing on Mac, and those of you who picked up the free Windows version, can get even more for no extra cost. The Mac version of Total War Saga: Troy launches October 8, again, exclusive to the Epic Games Store. It’ll set you back $50 if you’re a newcomer. However, those who redeemed the free version back in August also get a copy on Mac. That’s not a bad deal is it, two versions of Total War at launch, at no cost to the consumer.
